- Use AI Commons for brainstorming, drafting, summarizing, and coding help.
- Review every output before you use or share it.
- Disclose AI assistance per course and departmental policy.
- Cite the model, date, and prompt when incorporating outputs.
Don’t
- Don't use AI Commons as a final source of truth.
- Don't upload P4 data, including Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or regulated research data (CUI) without prior approval from your manager and the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer.
